The staff at Dorsett were amazing. They were incredible hosts and would try to answer our questions as best as they could. One of the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, although I forgot to get her name. She wore a different uniform (black, as opposed to the others' blue gray suits) so I am guessing she might be a manager of sorts.

Facilities could be a little cleaner, but over all it wasn't bad. The space is limited, but that is to be expected in a crowded city like Hong Kong.

For a well-established hotel in Hong Kong, the room size is surprisingly spacious—much larger than those in newer hotels. However, the facilities are quite outdated. That said, when visiting Hong Kong, the main focus is shopping and food, so the hotel doesn’t have to be overly fancy. Overall, it’s still a great choice!

Worth the spendy rates especially when traveling with kids. It was our first time in a themed hotel and the Disney explorers lodge did not disappoint. It's a must for us now when we visit Disneyland.

The location is great, a lot of eateries in the area and it's close to a Sheung Wan and Sai Ying Pun MTR station.

The biggest issue for us was that the room we had was not very clean. There were still hair strands from previous guests on the floor when we first arrived. There was also 'flooding' in the bathroom because the bathroom floor drain was clogged with you guess it, hair strands from former guests.
