the staff is very helpfull since the begining, amy directly chat by email and offering help to directing me to thw hostel, when i arrive in the morning the man(srry, haven't asked his name), ao helpfull allow me shower since i just arrive and need to meet friend while that time isn't check in time yet, and the staff name dann even wait me come back around 11 pm, since i haven't check in. totally 10 out of 10. good job on what you are doing guys. keep on the good work. oh ya i got upgrade because of my room is full 😊

Here I would like to give special praise to May and Tommy at the bar, their service attitude makes me always want to have a drink. There are also Jenny and Benny at the front desk, they’re very friendly and helpful every time I stay, and all of the concierge staffs friendly smiles show me they looked more professional than the concierge staff of a five-star hotel 😁. The staff who clean my room was very friendly.

the location is very convenient, right on one of the main streets and close to Victoria Bay. very close to transportation hubs (metro station, bus stops), restaurants, shops, grocery stores. the rooms are clean, quiet, the bed is soft and comfortable. the rooms are tiny, of course, but that's expected.

my only real issue was with the staff. the rooms are obviously tiny, if you have a big luggage there's no space to move around at all, so my personal belongings were also placed on the bed; there's also no secure box where you can please your valued belongings. as soon as I realized that someone had got into my room to change the bed on the first day (they had moved my clothes, my documents etc) I asked the head staff to stop coming into my room for roon service, I didn't really need it for the few days I was staying and I wasn't conformable with strangers touching my belongings to change the sheets. they agreed. the following morning someone ebtered my room while I was naked in bed anyway, and when I asked why they sent someone in my room despite me asking not to and then agreeing, they played dumb. for the rest of my stay, people kept trying to get into my room despite me asking again and again for them to NOT do that, to no awail. I've never seen such a blatant example of disrespect towards a client's request. Also, the staff member who checked me out forcibly entered a 5 star review of their establishment before giving my phone back, that's why the general score of this place is so high. I had to delete it later.

The personal at the reception was so kind and supportive. The room was small be clean and we had everything we needed. It’s located in the center and therefore you can easily reach the best tourist attractions.

The room was very small and the shower in the bathroom is not separated from the rest of the bathroom by a wall or a curtain. It’s a bit annoying but also not too bad 😉
