Basically, the sole reason we chose this room with my friend was the price and location; and what can I say, in these two aspects, it completely satisfied my expectations. Also because of the compact public transport, and relatively walkable nature of Hong Kong, the location was very convenient, although it was a little challenging to find the place for the first time. It was inside a labyrinth honestly, but if you keep your eyes open and look out for signs, it shouldn't be that hard to find. The staff was friendly and easy to reach, although we had to pay a deposit of 100 HKD, which I wasn't notified of beforehand, anyways, we got it back in the end. Since Hong Kong is an expensive city, this accommodation was one of the few budget options, and in summary I was satisfied.

The rooms were relatively clean, although nothing special, considering my initial request to look out for extra cleanliness. I looked forward to the slippers, since as a hostel, I would expect a sanitized foot protector, not to expose our weak, prone feet to all sorts of dust and bacteria on the floor and in shower – they were circa size 37 in addition to being very dusty and sticky, not exactly designed for males or being hygienic – something to look out for, definitely not a nice experience in this aspect. I'm not sure if only my eye hovered over them, but the pictures tell a different and much more cozy feeling than IRL. The rooms were cramped, which we didn't mind as two guys with very basic needs, but definitely not superb comfort.

Love everything! The staff are friendly and helpful and you get lots of perks and benefits as a hotel guests, including designated queue area for disneyland entry, discount vouchers, and Minnie may sometimes show up to greet guests. You can also store your luggage before check-in so you can visit the part. They'll email you with room number when it's ready. Room is clean and the Marvel theme is awesome. Staff are very helpful friendly.

We went for Ink & Plate breakfast buffet but food is just OK. Wish there were more choices available. Can meet and greet with Minnie.

Conveniently located at Citygate outlet mall. Very cosy, clean hotel with modern decor and amenities. Room has great view. Many eateries within citygate outlet mall. Shopping experience was great. Ngong Ping 360 cable car station is located within walking distance. Breakfast was quite enjoyable in cosy restaurant. Hourly shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Family room did not come with bath tub. Need to take 2 lifts (one to level 2 and another from level 2 to 3) to reach the hotel if travelling with large luggages/pram.

Location is superb. Within a minute or two walk from the nearest MTR exit. Right in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui with many eateries and shops nearby. Friendly and helpful front desk and concierge. MTR and bus stops within short walk. Room that we booked (2 queens) came with bath tub.

Perhaps the entrance to the hotel from Nathan road is not that obvious. May miss it if you walk too fast. Decor rather dated. Do note the extra charges per person for the stay.

No clear location for first-time guests to locate the shuttle pick-up point from sub-station to hotel. Public buses that stop right in front of the hotel are plentiful but the hotel failed to provide this vital info.
