Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe king suite, which also included breakfast. When I asked why the free upgrade, the receptionist simply said that they like to please first time guests, if there is availability. Our room was very comfortably- it was 2 rooms made into one, so it was very spacious with 2 full bathrooms.
The restaurant on site, Gio, was really good. Great menu and very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
It was our anniversary and the staff warmly greeted us and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, along with a heartfelt handwritten note and treats. The hotel's modern ambiance, pristine room, and plush bedding ensured a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Loved that my new husband and myself arrived earlier then 3pm. The wonderful lady at the desk. Upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite. As the coastal inn was the 2nd part of our honeymoon.
Having a jacuzzi in our room was a lovely bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful - we arrived much later than expected by plane and staff stayed up and insisted in helping us with our luggage, which was so kind.
The saltwater pool was very quiet. The availability of coffee in the lobby outside breakfast hours was appreciated. Breakfast had a lovely selection of hot and cold items. The outdoor spaces were relaxing with chairs and picnic tables overlooking Chocolate Lake.
