This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and attentive yet without being obtrusive and one staff member Michel remembered us from years ago and greeted us like old friends which was lovely. It is a very beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is second to none. The cuisine is outstanding and they have an excellent and extensive wine list. Rose petals are left on your pillows at night by the evening service and there are always little treats in store. The concierge is most helpful and can provide any information or service you require, for example airport transfers, chauffeured driven tours with wine tastings and picnics. There is a spa and swimming pool and beautiful grounds.

Excellent balconies, room size, amenities with complimentary water, coffee, tea, great shower, very quiet too. Free parking which is a big plus.

Very nice place with a good charme surrounding by nature
Spoil your other half with a romantic getaway in a hotel that’s designed with lovers in mind. Whether it’s somewhere stylish in the city or a remote countryside retreat, romantic hotels offer couples all the space they need, with luxury touches like champagne room service and private hot tubs.
The bedroom is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely design. we had a really beautiful bedroom with a private outdoor garden. Really nice bathroom with a jacuzzi.
The pool is amazingly comfortable, offering a serene experience with very few people around due to the limited number of rooms—only five in total. The outdoor furnishings are both comfortable and beautiful, enhancing the overall experience.
Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, great room and lovely terrace to relax on. Private car park made a huge difference. East to access, plenty of space, under cover and reasonably priced.
We loved our stay at Maison Francoise! The room has many thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable (water, tea, and coffee provided). Also the "Marcel" room and bathroom had lots of storage! The outdoor space is very relaxing and beautiful. The provided breakfast is delightful and made our mornings easy. Thanks so much Audrey for the lovely stay!
Lovely apartment in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk to the main shopping and restaurant area. Super clean and the owners were incredibly helpful :) The balcony was such a treat to sit out and relax on! Our favourite place we’ve stayed on our south of France tour!
The location of this hotel is ideal, just two minutes walk into the heart of the city with all its shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. Having a lovely garden to relax in at the end of the day was a big plus - I loved the egg chair!
The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything you would need to be comfortable. The owners welcomed us and their dog, Sisi was an amazing ambassador.
The views were beautiful and we could use the pool and garden if we wanted. You do need a car though as it is about a 15 min drive from Aix City Centre. The overall vibe, with the lovely trees, herbs and wisteria is so relaxing and calm. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Aix.
Great location, easy walk to old town. Sitting room was great with views over the old town and M. Sainte-Victoire. Apartment (it was an upgrade) was very roomy with lots of storage and lovely bathroom. Parking in dedicated underground car park was ideal. Common areas are nice and relaxed but with understated style. Breakfast was miles ahead of typical UK chain of this sort. Would use this chain again in other locations. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.
