Fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinners provided as part of the room cost. Really flexible when we arrived late in the evening. Comfortable beds, plenty of blankets for the cold nights. Really friendly owners who provided a boat tour of their community as part of our stay. Met other lovely guests as well.

We encountered a delay and arrived in Puno a day later than planned (in the morning instead of the previous evening). The hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating—they allowed us to have breakfast and even applied a discount to our room rate (the delay was due to protests in the country that caused the cancellation of our scheduled bus). The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring Puno and the Lake Titicaca region. An excellent choice overall!

We really had an excellent stay. The views over lake Titicaca it offers - whether it’s from the room, bar, garden or restaurant - is the best your going to get. Very solid breakfast buffet as well. We wanted to give a special mention to the staff who were so friendly. We had picked up a stomach bug somewhere along the way on our journey to Puno and they were able to accommodate us staying a little longer.

Smart hotel, location is a 20 min walk from the town centre but easy cab ride. Very nice garden/grounds with animals. Reception staff were good, as were the rooms. Might be worth paying the extra for the Lake view rooms.

We had this best two nights here. Delia and her family are warm and friendly people. Thank you so much for opening up your island to us! Amazing location. The bed was so big and comfortable. Delia added extra water bottles at night to keep it warm. We slept like babies!!! And the food was delish! Delia is an amazing cook. We really enjoyed learning about the Uros community. A hotel that harks back to yesteryear. Was probably thriving in its day.The hotel was a long way from Puno centre but in a location magically overlooking Lake Titicaca. The staff were very pleasant. The room was clean, very comfortable bed, great views of the lake over rooftop gardens.

Big bright windows and a beautifully decorated room overlooking lake Titicaca and the floating islands of Uros make for a truly unique experience. A good breakfast was provided, and Vidal was responsive & easily contactable on top of being an excellent and knowledgeable host. He provides a tour of the islands which is well worth the extra 50 soles.
