She communicated everything beforehand and was very informative when we arrived guiding us to local restaurants and attractions. It is also fair to say that she was also genuinely interested to get to know us a little bit and also share her story which was something personal we thoroughly enjoyed! - The house is absolutely as advertised and then some, located in a quiet historic neighborhood but walking distance to many downtown Toronto locations - The room was spotless and amenities were provided (coffee every day, toiletries, towels and a welcome piece of banana bread) - An absolute gem for a bathroom with a Victorian era bathtub.

Offering an expansive spa and full service fitness centre, guests can take advantage of the indoor lap pool and hot tub of this 5-star hotel. It was perfect. I would like to personally thank the concierge team that solved all my requests in no time. From car rental to last minute dinner reservation on a Saturday night. Thank you!

Maginhawang matatagpuan sa loob ng 10 minutong lakad mula sa Union Train Station at Air Canada Center ng Toronto, nag-aalok itong hotel ng on site restaurant at bar. Location was perfect for our needs, as we were attending a basketball game at Scotia Bank Arena. Many options for dining in the area; easy walking distance to everything we needed. Will stay here again!

The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is located centrally in the downtown core, overlooking Lake Ontario and the city skyline. Staff were wonderful. Front desk were fabulous - friendly and knowledgeable. Guest services ensured that my son received balloons and treats for his 6th birthday. Concierge were incredibly friendly and polite. Staff appear to have had a high level of training and it really shows. Location is great - downtown but quiet. The outside bar and restaurant was a great space with more fabulous staff, very good food and cocktails.

Ideally set in Toronto, Park Hyatt Toronto offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. Breakfast in restaurant Joni was excellent. Location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful helping me get around town, whether it was calling a taxi for me or explaining how to navigate the subway system's new method of payment.
