Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located at Estrada das Covas nº8, São Jorge, Madeira Island, 50 km from Funchal. The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes. I loved everything about the place!

대서양을 마주 보고 있는 절벽에 위치한 이 디자인 호텔은 리모델링된 전통 농가에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 마데이라의 사우스 코스트(South Coast)에 위치한 Ponta do Sol은 탁 트인 전망이 보이는 온수 욕조와 멋진 인피니티 풀을 갖추고 있습니다. 대형 창문을 통해 발코니로 나가실 수 있습니다. 일부 객실은 바다 전망을 제공합니다. Beautiful views, friendly and attentive staff, very nice breakfast. We were there at the beginning of January and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and ocean views. We had a car (which we recommend so you have the freedom to explore the whole island) and there is free parking available below the hotel on the street with a lift up to the hotel. We will definitely book in again if we come back to Madeira.

The seafront 4-star hotel Aqua Natura Bay in Madeira features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub. A gym is also available, as well as an on-site diving centre. Simply everything! Superb! The welcome drink and a leaving gift simply topped it up beautifully!

Great welcoming from the hosts, they have been very available during all our stay and shared with us some precious tips and finest addresses to make our stay a success. Last but not least, we could enjoy a superb view on the ocean from the terrace. We definitely recommend this place should you look for an authentic stay in Madeira!

Set in Ponta do Pargo, in the west side of Madeira Islands Region, 35 km from Funchal, Casas da Levada boasts an outdoor pool and views of the sea. Free private parking is available on site. Absolutely surreal! Walking into this place honestly felt like entering another world, every step there was something new to look at in total awe. The garden walkways, the animals, the pool, the ocean view, the hobbit bar!! The attention to detail feels like that of a $1000 per night stay and is exactly the kind of tranquility I was hoping to find on Madeira. Thankyou so much for having us if we ever make it back to Madeira we will be back!

Great hotel with super nice staff. We really enjoyed the spa and they even surprised me with a birthday surprise 😍 Parking was available nearby. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us as we had to check out before breakfast time.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Quinta das Malvas - Quinta de Santa Luzia offers accommodation in Funchal. Free private parking is available on site. Quinta das Malvas honestly went way above my expectations, the house is incredibly beautiful, my room was big and had a nice view of the city. Margarida was so kind and warm, she even served me a nice breakfast upon my arrival after a 7 hour flight. The property is not in the city center, however, walking to the center is just about 15 minutes and you get to see more of Funchal.

This accommodation was excellent for a long stay in Madeira. The house was very lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable. The surrounding area was well worth seeing. We will definitely be back.
