Oh my gosh.. where do I begin. A beautiful ryokan with both public and private onsens with fantastic winter views. Dinner was a huge kaiseki meal with sashimi, steamed seafood, beef sukiyaki and various appetisers. The rooms and the entire resort was elegantly decorated at every turn. The best part that topped off the day and experience is the ramen offering at 10pm for supper.

Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely fantastic. The master chef, Mr, Ito was exceptional. I have traveled several countries with well-known gastronomy including France one month ago and Italy 2 weeks ago. Food at Chalet Ivy was by far the best. It should be on the Michelin star restaurant list.

I can get discount for An’nupuri ski ticket in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our ski life in Niseko and our stay in this wonderful hotel.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. I loved the food, the set menu was superb, super high quality food— truly like japanese fine dining for every meal. The food was just great, i cannot emphasise this enough. I also loved how friendly the staff was, they were so polite and accomodating—really beyond customer service. The onsen was also the best Ive ever been to (as someone who visits Japan yearly in the winter). Great vibe overall, the mood of the lounge was nice and relaxing.

A 2-minute walk from Jozankei Shako-mae bus stop, Grand Blissen Hotel Jozankei offers rooms with a flat-screen TV. Guests can relax in public hot-spring bath. Perfect onsen and hotel. All the building is very well thought. The staff is helpful Ideal if you have a baby/young kid.
