Chalet Ivy Jozankei offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 27 km of Sapporo Station and 33 km of Shin-Sapporo Station. Possibly one of our best hotel stays ever. The hotel has a quiet beauty right out of a postcard, the staff are amazing and the food sublime. They did everything to make our stay perfect. The food is one of the best I ever had at a hotel, but western travellers should make sure to set expectations regarding the food which is very japanese, it was always interesting and perfectly executed but pushed us to our limits in some cases :)

The Room is clean and well organized. This hotel pay attention on every details of the stuff we need. The breakfast and dinner is good as well. I stayed there for 2 days, both breakfast and dinner is included. These 4 meals in all amazing. They offered variety of food. Apart from the meal, they have afternoon tea and boiled potatoes serving us in the late afternoon. The taste of them is so nice.

English level of the staff is limited but still can communicate if you are patient enough

Awesome ryokan, excellent service, beautiful and relaxing hot springs, especially outdoor one by the river. Men and women's hot spring sides swap everyday so its like two hotsprings in one. Unlimited alcohol in afternoon, unlimited drinks, dinner and breakfast delivered to room.

Shin-Sapporo İstasyonu'na 32 km ve Otarushi Zenibako şehir merkezine 42 km uzaklıkta yer alan Suigan, Jozankei'de klimalı ve özel banyolu odalar sunmaktadır. The onsen with the view was amazing. Food was good ad well. Staff was not really good with English but tried hard to communicate.
