Very helpful front desk, all staff tried to speak English and help you as much as they could. Very delicious meal at the restaurant. My son was getting out of his job very late so the restaurant offered Bento Box even at a late time. The thermal spa facilities are very good and the value of them. Also, there are massage chairs available free of charge. Free parking. If you have a lot of luggage, there’s a delivery service that you can ask for help at their souvenir shop and send your luggage directly to the airport or other location where you go. It will deliver just the next day and the price is very cheap. it helps me a lot.

So many type and variety of food. nice display and service. Onsen on 10 floor is nice and less crowded ( specially in the morning) than other hotels.

The room and facilities are great. The traditional Japanese food (breakfast and dinner) was fabulous and good taste. Easy to access by car with comfortable parking and transfer service between hotel and parking lot.

For us, it was the most authentic Japan experience that we have had. Very nice and helpful staff. The location in the mountains was also very. Dinner was special and the breakfast buffet expansive & varied.
