Highlight of my trip. Room in the cabin is so spacious, and not just a normal pod or capsule bed. I wish I had stayed longer! Onsen was awesome, so relaxing. Location was great too. I got on the last train from Shinjuku to Hakone (Romanecar) and the last bus, and it was only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. The stop to get back to Hakone-Yumoto station is even more convenient, located right outside of the hotel.

Room is spacious with comfortable beds and everything was clean.

Nastanitev Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori, 2 min od postaje Togendai žičnice Hakone. This was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The service, the food, the room and the location were top notch! We booked the room with a private onsen and we loved it! The room was very comfortable and everything was new and in very good condition! We had breakfast and dinner included, which is highly recommended and necessary since there is nothing nearby to eat. The buffet offered a very good variety and a good mix between western and oriental food. Everything was very tasty and of very good quality! Regarding the facilities, we did not try the public onsen since we had the private one in the room but it was very comfortable and with water from real hot springs! The location is very good, you can easily access everything there is to do in Hakone! (It is necessary to book a transfer with the hotel itself to get there from the main train station, since it is somewhat complicated to get there by public transport)

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. We loved the atmosphere and especially loved loved loved the vegetarian breakfast the chef prepared especially for us. It is definitely a highlight during out Japan Trip. Nastanitev Hakone Kowakien Tenyu je bila odprta aprila 2017, ponuja pa sobe v japonskem slogu s tatami talnimi oblogami, kadjo na prostem ali keramično masažno kadjo na prostem, izdelano iz keramike... Amazing breakfast. Onsens were heaven.

Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. Beautiful little hotel in a really nice neighborhood. The staff were outstanding.

Opened in 1878, Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Everything was just simply amazing, best hotel experience, highly recommended to ANYONE. Onsen on the top floor was fantastic, must try the Japanese traditional breakfast in the morning!!!

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. The good location - we really appreciate the short walk back to the hotel after a long day of walking around. And the friendly staff who didnt fail to greet us.
