Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The view was amazing, the dinner was very varied and tasty, it had around 10 different small dishes with different types of Japanese foods. We also went to onsen that was clean and enjoyable. The shuttle bus was very convenient - hotel offering an evening ride to see the Torii gate lighten up and the we went there again in the morning after checking out and once we were done sightseeing hotel delivered our luggage to the port and we went back to mainland.

Located in Miyajima with Five Storey Pagoda and Itsukushima Shrine nearby, Kinsuikan provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. Everything! Right from the reception, the amenities offered to the service of the staffs. Rooms were really clean and the in room dining is a must have. We booked the couple room with the en suite onsen and we can directly see the Torii gate from our room. The experience is exceptional. There is also access to the common area with many snacks and drinks provided. One of the most complete experience I have had in a hotel. The price might be on the steep end but definitely worth the experience!

Itsukushimahigashimonzen Kikugawa in Miyajima provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. This 2-star ryokan offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service. Really nice place to stay and enjoy Miyajima. Clean and relaxing. Japanese breakfast was really good.

Oyado Tsukiusagi is set in Miyajima, 600 metres from Five Storey Pagoda, 800 metres from Itsukushima Shrine, as well as 1.3 km from Daisho-in Temple. The hotel was just minutes from the port. The host was extremely helpful. Good coffee and tea available and a small area with homemade craft items for sale. The room was spacious including a balcony-like alcove looking toward the sea. The name - moon rabbit - was very fitting.

Located in Miyajima, 400 metres from Five Storey Pagoda and 600 metres from Itsukushima Shrine, Itsumoya offers a garden and air conditioning. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, with multiple rooms that perfectly adhere to local traditions. Everything was meticulously maintained, and the beautiful internal garden added to the serene atmosphere. The owner was very kind, providing tea, breakfast essentials for the next morning, and a map with nearby restaurant recommendations.

Located right in front of Miyajima Aquarium and a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine's exit, Mizuhasou offers accommodations in a modern yet traditional décor. Beautiful building in a nice quiet part of the area. Really enjoyed a soak in the private baths after a lot of walking! Staff were so welcoming and lovely too. We had the dinner and breakfast which were exceptional for the price. Will recommend to others to stay here for sure!

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. Incredible staff, they were very helpful! The rooms are big, and you even get a Japanese style greeting.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. Location, charm of a traditional japanese style hotel (Ryokan)

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Yamaichi Bekkan is set in Miyajima, 2.3 km from Tsutsumigaura Beach and 700 metres from Five Storey Pagoda. Amazing host and super fantastic dinner and breakfast. It is Japanese style but had A/C and en-suite toilet/shower. But the high point was Shinko, the owner, who went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Ryoso Kawaguchi, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is located in Miyajima, 2.7 km from Tsutsumigaura Beach, 100 metres from Five Storey Pagoda, as well as 300 metres from Itsukushima... Attentive kind staff who helped us navigate the island activities we wanted to engage in. Breakfast was the best we had in our trip at a ryokan ! Location of ryokan was excellent and central to exploring the island easily.
