Masaki, who delivered and explained our dinners, was the highlight! He was so friendly and did a great job! Breakfast and dinner were incredibly tasty. You must visit the rooftop foot spa on a clear day, for a spectacular view of Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake. Convenient location, free shuttle from/to Kawaguchiko station, room and public onsen were incredibly clean, got to enjoy karaoke and I highly recommend the private bath with the view of Mt Fuji.

Family run Ryokan with a beautiful Japanese rock garden. Yo, the son speaks good English and was more than helpful. As it was a quiet time he transported us to see local sites, recommended local eateries and himself prepared excellent traditional Japanese food. Fabulous hot tub room included in the stay.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Excellent service, staff were very helpful and kind. They have a shuttle service and it is great. Hotel is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Make sure you save some time to relax in front of the lake to appreciate the view. The food was also excellent.

Ryokan Fujitomita ligger 10 minutters kørsel fra søen Yamanaka og 20 minutters kørsel fra forlystelsesparken Fujikyu Highland. Traditional Japanese home with a possibility to use onsen privately. The hosts treated us with so much care n warmth and pampered us with the lovely home cooked food. We were speechless. I have never experienced this level of hosting anywhere in the world and the traditional Japanese food was to die for. I would definitely visit again.
