Bar far the nicest place we've stayed in the UK so far. We were greeted on arrival and shown around which is a first for us and a lovely touch. The cottage itself felt like a home away from home. Warm, comfortable and very inviting. Great location, you can walk into the village and access some lovely countryside right on your doorstep. Very family friendly, little touches like toys for smaller kids and some board games too for older ones. A toilet with the built in toddler seat was great for our 2 year old and plastic bowls and plates in the kitchen were so useful. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely wood burner in the living room and very comfortable beds. Perfect for the dog too. We were genuinely sad our visit wasn't longer.

    The house was lovely! Clean, cosy and had a lovely garden. Kitchen was so nice and had everything you'd need. The location for the price was amazing and was so special to wake up to cows and pony's outside. My niece loved it! So magical. It had many places to eat or pubs in the area. Walking distance but also some lovely places if you're willing to drive out further. The beaches and roads were so serene!!!! 1000% reccomend and would go back. Perfect for families

    Excellent location, walkable to high street , local shops and cafes. Cottage is spacious and very clean with well equipped kitchen .Able to self cater. Hosts gave clear instructions so no problem with access. Bonus was a park run being held on Saturday at the local college at the end of the road so as runners we were able to take part.

    We loved staying at Hops Main House! The location was very convenient, close to the train station, shops, river and forest. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and it had everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, heating, extra blankets, first aid kit and even kids books and games.
