Sound insulation was generally good (apart from occasional dog barking in the night and a noisy toddler in the appt above for a few days).

Having an underground car park on site was a bonus. The room was surprisingly quite given how close we were to the old town and city centre. The bed was comfortable and having aircon is probably a bonus at other times of the year. We did not need it. The kitchenette area was compact but surprisingly well equipped.
