The couple running Guest House Babaka are lovely people. They were warm and made us feel welcome. Although we didn't have any languages in common, it was nothing that couldn't be solved with the help of Google Translate. After reading reviews about the food, we did ask for dinner. Dinner was an incredible spread of food with delicious homemade wine. All the food was delicious. The terrace was a comfortable place to hang out and there were two adorable dogs who liked to come by. The location was great. It's about a 5 minute walk to the center, which we knew. It's uphill going to town, but totally doable if you enjoy walking. Super quiet. We slept great. There really wasn't anything we didn't like. It was exactly what I was looking for, which was a simple homestay rather than a hotel. To that end, it feels like you're staying in an extension of someone's home, although the space we stayed in is very much separate from the house and pretty private. It's perfect if you're going in with those expectations, which we were. :)

Super great hospitality, a Cosy home feeling and excellent traditional home cooked georgien food. Enjoy the home made dinner and breakfast made by Davit and his wife. Beautiful garden to relax after hiking in the national Park. Hot shower and a comfortable bed. Enjoy your stay. We would definitely come back.

I would definitely recommend guesthouse lilia to anyone staying in Telavi.

This place is super cozy and well-equipped, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere surrounded by the stunning Caucasian mountains. The host is incredibly kind and always ready to help. It’s best to come by car or taxi for convenience. If you're staying longer, bring some food supplies, as it's about a 15-minute drive to Telavi. There are public buses available, but you’ll need to walk 15–20 minutes to reach the bus stop. Highly recommended. I already can't wait to go back.

The cottage is located in a serene location, offering amazing views of the surrounding nature. I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the hosts. The cottage itself has beautiful rustic design combined with modern amenities. The room was spot clean, cozy, and had everything needed with it's lovely outdoor seating area. One of the main advantage of this cottage is that it's very close to Lagodekhi National Park. Thank you for making my short trip filled with so much emotions
