The facility is new, the environment is clean, and the amenities are complete. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap smell so good! Their front office is available 24/7, always ready to assist guests anytime. The hot pool is beautiful. They also have us free bus passes. very convenient! The only downside is that the room I got didn’t have a mountain view, but our stay was still perfect for me regardless of the view. I didn’t request a mountain view, but maybe next time if we stay longer.

Located in Banff National Park, this resort features suites with views of the Rocky Mountain. Easy access is available to Bow Valley Parkway and Lake Louise is 20 minutes’ drive away. Amazing room with a super comfortable and large bed! The view from the rooms and cabin to the river is so much more than you can tell by pictures. In general, I think it exceeded our expecations by a lot! We loved absolutely everything about it and dream that we can return in the future!

The place was like it said. Very clean, nice space, quiet, comfortable, very good communication with Helena, everything works fantastic! We recommend it for sure! The only thing was that the blankets were a little bit small for the bed, but other than that all amazing. Thank you, we will come back!

Everything is the house was perfect and very comfortable. There were everything we needed to cook and the house is situated next to a bus station, near the C train and all commodities needed.
