The balcony is beautiful and the view of the mountain is very wonderful. I arrived at the hotel very late and the night manager (Panagiotis) welcomed us in the best way. The check-in was very smooth, he explained to us everything, he was especially helpful, cheerful and sophisticated. I loved the great hospitality, I will repeat it and I strongly recommend it.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. The view was fantastic. Though the bath room was a little bit outdated,it had a bath tub 😍 - loved that! And a lot of different pillows to pick from.

Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.
