The location within walking distance from bus station was great. Our room was spacious and otherwise pretty pleasant. There was nice, diverse spa area with a great selection of saunas. Spa treatments were wonderful. Staff was super friendly and helpful everywhere in the hotel. We really liked the breakfast.

The location is fantastic, and the hotel room was fresh and nicely decorated with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. A particular highlight for the kids was Lotte’s Playroom, which was a great addition to the stay and much appreciated. The breakfast was decent – maybe not the best I’ve had, but good enough to start the day pleasantly.
