Beautiful area and excellent view from the balcony. You can always feel that it's a family business, they are always helpful and want you to have a great time there. The dinner was great and together with the live music it was a real experience.

    ALL of the staff were absolutely lovely, full of good humour from the moment we arrived and could not do enough to help. Loved the sauna & hot tub after a days snowboarding and the hotel rooms were lovely and quiet in the evening. The choice at breakfast was great. But really, the staff made this a wonderful trip. In fact everyone we encountered in Grand Bournand was great. Definitely one of the friendliest places we've ever been.

    Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable with helpful staff. Right next to ski lifts and with free parking . Easy walk to village centre and restaurants. Simple breakfast not overdone.

    The hotel is super clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. Walking distance from the town centre and its restaurants and shuttles going to the pists stop right in front of it. Also great to be able to finish a day of skiing with a nice spa break.

    We had a wonderful time in Chalet Zen Space. 14 of us enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing space. Very good quality bedding and all the amenities you hope to find. We were very happy with the kitchen and all it had to offer. Lovely sharp knives are always a treat in a rental property. Really hope we can come back. Sydney and Mikaël were great too. Thank you.     Everything. I particularly liked the staff who were professional and very kind. The appartement is well equipped with quality equipment and appliances. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and Hamman area are clean and very pleasant. The cherry on the cake is the spa where you can get a massage.

    Room's were cosy but clean and fun modern design, the spa was great, unpretentious and well organised. We always spoke to reception in the morning when we were off to go skiing for a slot into the hot tub and sauna in the evening, couldn't have been simpler. The restaurant served excellent food, although it could do with one or two more veggie options and the staff were all fantastic. We will definitely come and stay here again.
