The property was unbelievable, the Christmas display and staff were exceptional. The breakfast was a highlight. The spa was so relaxing and a great addition to our stay when we wanted to relax. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. Staff would clean the room each day and replenish all complimentary items. Location was superb (2 min walk away from central station). The buffet breakfast was definitely worth it! Small gym but nice to have, and the spa/sauna room was easy to reserve and use.

The owners Roberta and Sandro were amazing and so very kind, and they speak very good english. The rooms are spacious and very clean(we had our room cleaned everyday). Lovely little details in the room, a teapot, tea and beautiful furniture. Breakfast is delicious and the cappuccino and orange juice freshly squeezed were the highlights of our mornings. Buses run till 9 pm in winter so walking distance is not so bad. In 30 mins you arrive downtown. It is clean and breakfast is not so bad. You have some options. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable.
