An interesting stay in one of the older Soviet style block of apartments. The apartment itself was renovated and was very comfortable with a view overlooking other similar blocks, and a recreation area below. Had a (scary) lift which appears to be a bonus in these type of buildings. Parking free and directly in front of building.

The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Hygiene items, many towels, and a hair dryer were left in the bathroom. Plenty of parking space. A warm and cozy room for relaxation. Coffee, candy and cookies were also left. A coloring book with pencils for a child, a surprise - the Monopoly board game.

Don't look that it's out of the town - 10-15 minutes taxi/car riding and you're at Ventspils' beach shore. Owners are the most hospitable and friendly people as well as their looking dangerous at the first glance but factually very intelligent shepherd dog Jilla. My room had a hydromassage bath - great for relaxing after work. Very nice opportunity to have a good breakfast. 10 of 10.
