The hotel was phenomenal, and staff was absolutely brilliant. We loved the location, the facilities (there's a swimming pool and you can sign up for a massage), which we used and all was fantastic. Couldn't recommend enough. We will gladly visit their other hotels when sightseeing in different cities. Surely we will come back when we're in Warsaw next :). Everything was top notch, all the small details, and housekeeping staff would refill anything we needed daily.
