The rooms are comfortable and (at least off season) not crowded, guests are spread evenly into the dorms. Bedding and towels are clean, there are plenty of blankets. The breakfast is exceptional with plenty of choices, to point out the most unique: cake, fresh fruits, yogurt, good coffee. The staff are very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Very spacious rooms, we had a twin, loved the large thick towels, morning gowns and excellent quality linen for the bedding. Unfortunately, beds were still too hard for me! Excellent breakfast choices, plenty of fruits and even a pancake machine. Good coffee. WiFi was adequate for streaming. Plenty of parking near hotel entrance. In house dining was good, cheerful staff and reasonably priced a la cart menu or €19 for a buffet. Weather was bad so no sightseeing unfortunately.Genius MarieYoung couple

The interior decor was pleasant and spacious. The hotel was conveniently located to the center of Guarda with the churches and castle. We especially loved being able to take the fast elevators upstairs for chef-quality dinners. There was good parking in the basement garage.
