The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel view was very amazing. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. Some rooms have AC, which is very important for summer. I was traveling with my family, and connected rooms were not available. However, I got two rooms next to each other. One of the things that I liked most was the food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the reservation. The breakfast was very good. I did not try lunch, which was a small buffet (Sandwiches). However, the dinner is five stars, so you should not miss it. I would say the hotel is best suited for couples/adults as they have a spa. The city where the hotel is located, Bad Haring, is a small, nice town. There was a small town center nearby.

My family had 3 rooms with a balcony we could all use. The view of the mountains was fabulous. We enjoyed a swim in the pool. The children liked the chickens, the witches play house and the lawn to play on. Breakfast was good. We walked 1 minute to an Italian restaurant for dinner.

We found this apartment a wonderful place for our stay in Kufstein. It was clean(everyday cleaning service), big, bright, with a balcony with amazing view to the castle and the mountains . The receptionist was very nice, friendly and provided us everything we needed.
