The coziness, cleanliness. Everything was just right and in such an amazing style. Me and my spouse went out of Vienna because the people were generally unfriendly. When we arrived here the welcome was so so pleasing. Was a nice stay!

We have already visited the region several times but without having an accommodation there. This time we chose a hotel just in the valley, where all interesting places are located around within 10 km. We were attracted by the Hochkar mountain and both the Wasserlochklamm and the Gams bei Hieflau waterfalls. The Fahrnberger hotel is a nice building already from outside and a reasonably big parking is located in front of the building. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, although we do not speak German (they also fluently speak English). We were accommodated in a nice, separate building near the main hotel building. We like the style how the hotel is equipped: it is a local Austrian natural design but providing the maximum comfort. We felt like we were on our honeymoon there. In the evening we enjoyed a great Riesling white wine in the hotel lounge. The four poster bed, located in our big and amazing room, provided a very pleasant environment in the night. The bathroom with a shower was also big and comfortable. The toilet was in a separate room. In the morning we have a nice mountain view from the window of our room. The breakfast was very tasty and we also enjoyed sitting places in front of the hotel to absorb the atmosphere of the Alps mountains. We left the hotel totally satisfied and the price for the accommodation seems to us very adequate. For sure, we plan to return there in the future.

Perfect choice if you want to get away, lay back and enjoy the fantastic gastro selection! Hiking or visiting the nearby town is an option too. Electric car charging is available. Our room had views of the mountains, comfortable beds and was very clean. Breakfast was amazing in quality with fresh and tasty choices. Do not miss their uhudler jam! We have tried local cakes on the terrace and for dinner tasted some of the best gourmet meals from the talented chef Tomaz Fink. Highly recommended!

It has everything I enjoy - a stunning location, brilliantly equipped rooms, wonderful food and drink served by lovely staff and last but not least, a spacious and relaxing spa area with swimming pool.

El Hotel Schachner está situado en la localidad de Maria Taferl, cerca de la basílica. Ofrece vistas a los Alpes y al río Danubio. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we first had a room in the "Schachner in the park" and then moved into the main building which has a direct access to the spa and the restaurant and bar. The view was absolutely exceptional, with a broad horizon and the autumn colors ....The food was absolutely delightful. The spa with the infinity pool and again the wonderful view was great, as are the possibilities for walks and hiking. We definitely will go back! thank you

El Hotel Neustifter está situado en un viñedo a las afueras de Poysdorf, en la región de Weinviertel de Baja Austria, a unos 60 km al norte de Viena. I arrived much later than expected and yet the wonderful lady at reception had a lovely smile for me - this makes all the difference after a day of disrupted travel - She was kind and lovely!!! Thank you!!
