Set in Grundlsee, 83 km from Salzburg, MONDI Chalets am Grundlsee provides two restaurant and free WiFi. The location of MONDI in Grundlsee is very convenient - we took a day trip to Hallstatt which was just 30 minutes drive, and another day we drove the panoramic route to Loser Altaussee. The MONDI resort staff were very welcoming and friendly - my husband and I are American and English speaking and the staff was always quick to accommodate with a smile. We enjoyed the spa / wellness area each day during our stay - while the steam bath was out of service, we still were able to use the 3 other saunas and the pool. The food was exceptional as well - from breakfast to dinner, we left satisfied and pleased with each meal. They offer a seasonal venison menu and we loved trying new things we don't normally get to eat! The chalets themselves are so charming - our studio had a mini kitchen, supplied with utensils, dishes, and cookware, and a good size refrigerator. The heated floor in the bathroom was awesome, too! Can't say enough great things about our stay.

The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, large balcony, great view, exceptionally clean. The spa and wellness area was perfect after a day of skiing. Ski bus stops in front of the property taking you to the slopes in a few minutes. Th village has everything you need too. I would stay here again.

Ferienhotel Hofer superior has a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and continental breakfast in Strass im Attergau. The location of the hotel is great, easy to reach by car and within close driving distance to the lake and hikes. The hotel is very nice with beautiful views. Everything was clean, the room and the bathroom very modern, breakfast had lots of choices, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. There is a beautiful terrace with the view of the lake where you can have your breakfast or a drink in the evening. Our room had also balcony with a lake view. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.
