Boasting a spa and wellness centre and views of inner courtyard, La Vieille Forge B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Houffalize, 41 km from Plopsa Coo. The owner, Julien and his wife were super nice and professional. We came to visit the arrdennes and especially to visit the La Chouffe brewery, and this place was everything we could have hoped for. The breakfast was fantastic made with fresh local food. Also in the evening there is a little bar where we drank beer and play pub games. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We will come back there for sure.

The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, they made my husband's 40th birthday trip extra special :-) The jacuzzi was really lovely and warm, super nice when it is cold outside. I'm a world traveller and I can tell you this is an amazing hotel. The building, lobby, room & infrastructure was all amazingly beautiful, even in detail. The spacious bathroom f.e. was equipped with the most expensive tabs I've ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The bed is waw.

The accommodation is new, modern and yet cosy and integrates perfectly into the nature. the highlight was the dinner we booked! our boys (age 4) did get a special menu which we highly appreciated. it was an overall perfect culinary experience in combination with wellness and and a comfortable stay. we will be back.
