Everything, the hotel, the room was spacious, very clean and warm. We were a family of 4 adults and had an arrangement for bed and breakfast, but we ate most of the dinners in the hotel as they offered a very good menu-self service. The ski lift is some 20-minute walk uphill from the hotel, which, when carrying 🎿 equipment, might be a bit challenging, but this was a good exercise after a huge breakfast.

The room was very clean and cozy, the owner was always very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant for dinner and the food was really good. We also had a nice breakfast included in the price!

The apartment is in one of the top buildings (House 5) near the slope - so very easy to go to the slope and come back (we found it was easier to come back at lunch and eat in the complex restaurant than on the slope because it was empty and we could do it faster). The fireplace is nice for a evening inside but since we were skiing every day we only used it twice. We have wood from the hosts (I saw that there is available to buy from reception but we didn't have to buy them). Two rooms accommodate 6 persons if needed (the couch and the armchairs extend); We were 5 and it was ok (3 adults, 2 children). You have almost all that you need in the kitchen, tv, own boiler for hot water, heat pump ACs for heating. The balcony is very nice also. There is a pool/spa in the complex - 30 leva/day; maybe after a long day skiing you need some relax time. Also bowling, pool (didn't try them).

The studio is in Stream Resort. We had amazing few days. The studio was very clean and kitchen had everything we need. The resort have central heathing and room was very hot. Swimming pool and spa facilities were amazing. The water in the pool was hot. The resort have a nice fireplace in the reception. If we decide to go for skii again I would book the same location again. The location is close to Malina. Good for families with kids

We had a fantastic stay at this well-equipped apartment, which truly feels like a home away from home. The thoughtful little touches create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner was very approachable and helpful—when we had a minor issue with the electric plate (which resolved itself), he followed up to ensure everything was fine. The reception staff, pool attendant, and cleaners were all friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. While the internet was occasionally slow, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. As a family of five with two young children (ages 6 and 8), we found the apartment to be comfortable and well-suited to our needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!
