We had booked a standard room but upon check-in we were upgraded to a Junior Suite as we have already stayed at the hotel. (what a pleasant surprise!) Staff were friendly, yet professional. We enjoyed everything - the rich breakfasts and dinners, the lovely terrace of the restaurant for lunch time and the lovely pool area with indoor and outdoor pool. Special "Thank you" to Maria in the kids' center where our child played every single day and met new friends. The hotel has a unique ambience and provides an amazing relaxing experience for its guests. We would love to come back again!
