The owners make you feel staying home away from home. Beautiful and spacious room (Montego Suite) with a lot of attention to detail. Great homemade breakfast and walking distance to some nice restaurants with Ottawa river and city views from the patio.

The space!! The 2 bedroom suite was exactly what we needed for a 5 night trip to Ottawa. We needed the kitchen to make breakfasts and have the living room to end our evenings lounging on the couch before each family member decided to head to bed.(which was at different times). Pool was decent too. Loved the proximity to parliament, byward mkt, the museum of nature. And there is a subway stop not too too far.

The location is excellent for walking to all attractions. Calm relaxing feel at the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at Cocotte and the French atmosphere. Very spacious room and bathroom. The supply of 2 water bottles each day was good. Lovely boutique hotel.

We enjoyed the pool, although it was advertised as heated, but is extremely cold. The spa is nothing to speak of. Just a small hot tub. The workout room was probably the best of the facilities that were offered. The breakfast was good.

Location is fantastic. Room was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities anyone would need. There was a microwave machine, freezer, coffee maker, water heater, plates, glasses, mugs, and spoons/forks. Bathrobes, slippers, doormat, iron and iron stand etc. were there too. Nice backyard or balcony to sit and relax outside. Breakfast was included. Bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Room heating/temperature was good. Washroom was clean and met all my requirements.
