The staff are extremely attentive starting with the team in the breakfast room, the very efficient reception team, the fantastic house keeping and the very friendly restaurant and bar staff. Fantastic location, spacious rooms. Good vibes. We ll be back.

Every possible detail was considered when creating the room amenities, functionality and design. The staff was phenomenal, especially the registration personnel, but truly everyone was amazing.

Young Backpackers Homestay asub Luzernis, 2,8 km kaugusel Luzerni jaamast. Kohapeal on aed, privaatne parkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Overall, everything worked like it was promised. The host was exteramly frendly and ready to make our staying as good as possible. The rules of the house were followed by everyone. Other people were very kind and we had plenty of good discussion with them.

It was exactly the same as what was mentioned in the description. Also, the host picked us up from the nearest railway station, and it was really helpful as we had some leggage with us.

The Hotel Vitznauerhof - Lifestyle Hideaway at Lake Lucerne is located at the foothills of Mount Rigi on the shores of Lake Lucerne, in the heart of Central Switzerland. Everything was perfect. Location, facilities, extras. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed the private spa stay in Sursee, It was truly a wonderful Experience. Future guests do check this place out. First its location is a bit odd, as it is situated in an industrial area, in an office building complex where there are other businesses. But once you enter the spa side of the building, you do enter a lovely space and you do quickly forget that you’re in an office complex. You get a lovely big whirlpool jacuzzi, a sauna, and an open walk-in shower. There is a fridge filled with drinks and snacks “not included in on the cost, which would have been nice, but still with the supplied price list, the costs are acceptable. There is a Bluetooth speaker, a tv, and two air conditioners. One for tempature and the other for humidity. We did not use the Bluetooth speaker or the TV, so we can’t comment on that. You get 4 towels and 2 bath robes. And for all you smokers out there, there is a seperated smoking room. Just around the corner from the building where the room is located is a truly fantastic restaurant called Barrage, great food, awesome atmosphere, lovely dinner spot, 2 min drive, or a short walk. We also did not opt to have food service, so no breakfast or dinner. Mainly because we wanted to go out for dinner, and you need to leave at 10am in the morning sharp!, which for us, as parents of many kids, never getting the opportunity to sleep late, meant we slept as late as we could, and if we were to have breakfast, we would have needed a later check out time, and so we opted to sleep late, leave at 10 have a late breakfast elsewhere. This place does come recommended, our stay was fantastic, the Jacuzzi, so nice. If your goal is to relax, this is a great place to do it. Quiet, peaceful, Private, you get your own space to just chill out, and that is exactly what we got, it was really wonderful, I enjoyed every second of it, and do highly recommend this place.
