Just about everything, loved the intimacy of the boutique - it meant that the facilities were always accessible- the pool is great, breakfast excellent and the staff and service were perfect.

The hotel's restaurants, breakfast and cocktail bar were all phenomenal with great ambience, service and wonderful eats and drinks. The spa was a nice experience, though the I kind of expected the water to be warmer. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Karlovy Vary on foot. It really lives up to its reputation and one can indeed experience how it felt like to stay in a historic grand hotel during the times of the Monarchy. I wish to move in when I retire. :)

Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel
