Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was just amazing. I had a good restful stay in the comfy room after a long hike with great views to the nature landscape.

This 4-star hotel enjoys a tranquil location in the Mooswald Forest, 7 km from Freiburg city centre. The hotel is structurally connected to the Keidel Bad. It`s a truly fantastic property, located in the thermal spa complex and at the foot of Black Forest. Fantastic stay, albeit short, after a full day of shopping in Freiburg. Very relaxing, quiet, with big, comfy room and the terrace which opens onto Black Forest. During the day, you can run/hike across Black Forest or hit the Thermal Spa - and stay there until the evening ;-) The local restaurant serves locally sourced and very yummy food. I appreciate the staff being very understanding and accommodating to my food requests. I am looking forward to going back there in the spring/summertime.
