Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! We spent a week in the hotel and could have not picked a better one! Nice, quiet and clean hotel with very friendly staff, tasty food and an amazing spa. There is everything under one roof. The hotel has a ski shop where you can hire your ski/snowboard so you don't have to go anywhere else. The staff at the ski shop could have not been more helpful. They were absolutely brilliant - they even help you to put your boots on and off if you want to! The staff at the reception are happy to organise ski passes for you as well. There is also valet parking which costs €28.00 a night. The food was delicious! We booked half board - continental breakfast with a variety of pastries and a 3-course meal for dinner. We could choose a starter and a main from the daily special menu or the standard one. Just drinks are not included and sometimes you have to pay a bit extra if you choose the meal from the standard menu but it wasn't a big deal. There was a variety of desserts or cheeses as well. After skiing (or if you want to skip a day of skiing) you can relax in the spa or book a massage. The spa area has a clean jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool. Overall, very positive experience and I would 100% recommend this hotel!
