We liked the apartment very much, the rooms were nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great, close to the few restaurants and also close to the free parking in front of the city gate. The hosts were very friendly and open, we liked that a lot. And our kids loved the Kapla game (building blocks) that was available.

The village of bergheim is really charming, and an ideal location for enjoying hiking the local area. It's fantastic for exploring other, more touristic towns like Ribeauville even by foot in less than an hour, and also easy to get to places like colmar or Strasbourg by public transport. The swimming pool is a nice addition too. I enjoyed fresh croissants and baguettes from the Boulangerie every day. The hostess is a wonderful lady, she promptly came to meet me and give me all the important information, with excellent communication throughout.i would absolutely stay again.
