The room was spacious and quiet, with a fine view. The hotel has a snooker table and a ping-pong table - a great advantage for those who like it. The breakfast was decent.

And we cant say any negative words towards the facility. Everything was perfect and excedeed our expectation. It is like more staying in a 5 Star hotel. For our 2N3D we felt like we rented the Spa area. The Jacuzzi and the rest area is our favorite. We enjoyed it by ourselves (Maybe we are lucky that theres no alot of guest when we visited) The staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is the best. We ate 2D there and surprisingly it was not the same food serve in buffet. The presentation is nice too. The decor of overall place from the floor, wall the color choice of the overall place was perfect. Hope we can visit again here.

The location is gorgeous. The hike up from town after our walk down might require a bit more energy than we expected yet upon arrival, we felt like we achieved an amazing feat. Now, the room. We were in awe of the space, the furniture, lighting, and the bathroom! We screamed when we saw it. Lovely! The Spa! Oh my word! All the options for a sauna, cold splash, jacuzzi, and swimming pool water massage. I felt like I was floating on air. We all did! This felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The food for breakfast was out of this world. Never have we seen such beautiful spread for breakfast! Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, cheese, greens, nuts, meat, sweets, coffee and teas from Austria! Bravo!! And your staff is delightful! Always smiling and supportive.

Very clean hotel, the staff is friendly, location is impeccable. Most importantly, very dog friendly! They even have their "animal relationship manager", and provided a bowl with my dog's name on it and a ball to play with. Also the breakfast *chefs kiss* awesome.

The beds were super comfortable and the rooms had automated / remote controlled blackout curtains. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. The restaurant and room service on site was absolutely delicious. It was a great hotel and a wonderful experience! Plus the Spa and Pool in the lower level is divine!
