Arranged for champagne and flowers at my request and reached out closer to the date to confirm. Big shout out to Maria for all her help!! Staff were great as well as the food. Thank you for making our first stay in Zakopane so memorable! Cheers from some very happy canucks!

The breakfast was very good, lots of choice of continental cuisine. The receptionists were always friendly and happy to help. The swimming pool was a great addition, open from 1 pm, if you enjoy quiet swim then before 5 pm is ideal. The kids had endless fun on the water slide. Little playroom available to use at all times, nice distraction for smallies.
