It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!

So much to like. First, the location is in the old town with Walking access to some of the major historical sites. Staff, particularly Rodrigo at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Rodrigo offered us Porto wine and chocolates on arrival, booked restaurants and made recommendations. The Turkish bath and pool were wonderful to come home to after sightseeing. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Porto, the hotel itself is beautiful, an oasis in the heart of the city

I travel a lot a d this place was perfect. This was my first time in Porto and we loved the location of this hotel. The room was beautiful, it felt extremy high-end, like a spa. Tons of counted space to our all your makeup/toiletries. Also extremely clean. Ohh and the bed was really comfy!!
