The check-in and check-out is very easy, and the staff was extremely helpful when I required anything. Especially when I realised that I had left something in the room, they were very supportive in arranging a parcel so I could get it back!

Me and my husband were there during the holiday season and was the absolutely perfect location for the Christmas markets...arrived early and the wonderfully polite gentleman at the reception (sorry didn't get your name)..kindly gave us the room.it was 3 degrees and we were dying for a hot shower..really set us up for a great stay!.so thank u!!!..overall beds comfy..spacious rooms..seems like a new hotel..excellent

Latroupe Jardin Secret is a garden themed hotel located within the city centre of Brussels and features a secret garden, a heated and exterior swimming pool. Everything is really beautiful, great design of the common areas and of the room too. Very good breakfast. Room had all necessities and even more. Pool in the yard was heated, so can be used in winter too
