The host was very helpful with ideas of itineraries, which is important considering that it’s a huge park. The location is inside the park, and they helped with all the instructions to arrive. Once you enter the park and take a cable car, there is a bus that takes you close to the hotel, and from there you need to walk 5 min. They offered well priced foods and drinks.

Featuring mountain views, Easy House features accommodation with a garden, a bar and a shared lounge, around 17 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Very friendly, kind, and helpful manager. Ms. Rebecca, booked us the entrance ticket for national park without any additional fee, planned the attractions for us on the map and also delivered us to the park entrance for free. It was the great plan and she made the best experience for us at this city. Afrer coming back so hungry in the afternoon, she served a hot food. Delicious breakfast that you can choose from the menu in advance. About the room, it was so clean, and have every things that you need. The most surprised facility is washing machine, you can use it for free, it was super. Totally, this place was not a temporary stay for, there was my house.

Super friendly staff. Amazing location - super close to the National Park, the bus station (to go to the glass canyon or in zhangjiajie downtown), and the little night market to eat something afterwards. The room was really comfy and we really enjoyed our stay there !

The hosts were absolutely wonderful and made our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and given a refreshing welcome of fresh watermelon. The hosts even went the extra mile by meeting us on the road and carrying our bags up the stairs to our room. Throughout our stay, the hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, always being available to reply to any messages or questions we had. Their thoughtfulness really shone through when they offered to escort us to the boat tour, allowing us to skip the long lines for the most popular nighttime activity. The hosts also provided excellent local recommendations, guiding us to some delicious restaurants that really made our dining experiences memorable. When my bag unexpectedly broke, the hosts kindly sewed it up and repaired it for me at no additional cost - such a kind and generous gesture. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and had an outstanding view. The entire hotel stay was truly fantastic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering visiting this area. Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts for making our trip so special!

The owner went way beyond and really helped us on all aspects to male our stay memorable. He even paid for our taxi every morning!!

Only a 5-minute walk from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Destination Youth Hostel features private guest rooms and simple dormitory rooms with free Wi-Fi. Clean and spacious room, located strategically near restaurants and entrance of national park. Owner was helpful and recommended hiking route and even food place!

Situated within 20 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 700 metres of Suoxiyu in Zhangjiajie, Zhangjiajie Han Exotic Inn offers accommodation with seating area. This homestay in Zhangjiajie is still worth recommending. The owner has been operating here for many years and has a good travel guide.

With mountain views, Dream in Fenghuang is set in Fenghuang and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. Our stay was perfect. The service was so good and the manager very diligent. He didnt speak english but he was able to comunicate better (by an app) than many others hotels than they claim to speak english. He helped to set up the internet connection of our phones and gave good advices. The pickup service is very convenient too. The location is central but quite at the same time.

Vanbrugh Bay Hotel - Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV in the Yong Ding district of Zhangjiajie. The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by.
