Amazing and accomodating hosts - Nao went out of his way to ensure we had dinners booked each night, he also gave us recommendations of ski resorts to visit and was able to set us up with lift passes each morning. The hosts also kindly picked us up and dropped us from the bus terminal. Excellent food - breakfast was included each morning and was always delicious and fresh. We were also fortunate enough to have Kimi's dinner menu one night which was an amazing experience Facilities - common area was warm, clean and spacious. It was fun to play Switch after getting back from the slopes. There were also massage chairs which was great to relax. Location - bus stop to take us to Hakuba slopes was a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Convenience stores and Echoland were also a short 10-15 minute walk away

Featuring a balcony with garden views, free bikes and a garden, Hakuba Powder Cottage can be found in Hakuba, close to Happo-One Ski Resort and 9.2 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area. Great accommodation for a family.. Spacious and good location - really close for the buses to the slopes and Echoland restaurants. And Nick was really helpful if we needed, even giving us a lift to the supermarket to stock up. Fantastic.

Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets are situated in Echoland, a popular nightlife site where more than 30 bars and restaurants can be found. The property offers free in-room WiFi and on-site parking. We loved that we had an ample amount of space. The chalet was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the washer and dryer and how close it was to various restaurants and shops in Echoland. More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

Situated in Hakuba in the Nagano region, with Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal nearby, Pension Belnina features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as... We really enjoyed the staff in the hotel. Yutaka and his wife were very nice and made our stay here very pleasant.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, Hakuba Alpine Hotel features simple rooms and outdoor hot spring baths. It is just a 5-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. The views from this hotel are incredible, and the smell of the mountains was very soothing. We loved Hakuba. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the staff was exceptional, the views were outstanding, and the hospitality unbeatable. They have an onsen on site. One of the aspects I enjoyed was the bookshelves located on the second floor. I liked looking through the books and enjoying a quiet time in Hakuba, The location of the hotel was convenient to anything you could possibly want within the city, and was a great spot for traveling to Happo-One and Togakushi. When we were leaving, the gentleman at the front desk gave us a Hakuba calendar. It made my eyes water!

This truly is a fantastic and cozy forest cabin. The entire cabin has a two-story structure above the ground. The interior is very large and spacious, with a generously sized common area where you can find almost everything you could think of, including laundry and drying facilities which are a significant plus. The cabin's indoor space is ample and adequate. I believe even if you don't ski, you could easily spend an entire day here. All the structures inside have been carefully designed by the owners, Neomi and Koki, and are very eco-friendly. After a day of skiing or outdoor activities, you can also book a free session to enjoy the "BIG BATH," a very special private bath experience. The location is very close to the GoRyu ski resort, within walking distance. Furthermore, Neomi kindly drove us to Happo-one on the days when the shuttle service was not available, which was truly great. Moreover, there's no need to worry about transportation between the station and the accommodation, as there's a pickup and drop-off service for check-in and checkout. The custom breakfast was fantastic; we really liked it and highly recommend it. I hope to have the chance to visit this beautiful cabin again in the future.

Situated in Hakuba and only 10 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, Chalet Strickland features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Chalet Strickland had everything we needed and was very spacious for our group of 11. Yuri was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after during our stay. We will be back!

Located in Hakuba, 11 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area and 41 km from Nagano Station, Sai's House Hakuba offers a garden and air conditioning. Peter and Hiroko were amazing hosts that went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as easy and enjoyable as possible. The house is located very close to Echoland and conveniently has a 7/11 just at the end of the street. Peter picked us up from the local train station on our arrival and took us for a grocery shop so that we had supplies for our stay. Every morning he would take us to a mountain of our choice and made sure we had all of the information we needed to catch the free local shuttle buses back home. The home itself was well furnished and comfortable to stay in with our group of 4. If we ever make it back to Hakuba, we would absolutely stay here again.
