The house is so beautiful and homey .. a little oasis surrounded by nature, and the swimming pool such a gem ! The architecture style with typical kenian wooden roof and beds is so cosy! An added value is the position, 50 meters from the high street, with a well supplied shopping center (but expensive!) and a delicious ice- cream place and 600 meters from the Ocean beach! Staff is on site 24/7 with a guard all night long. Everybody polite and welcoming!

The development of self contained units is well designed and works well. It is essentially self catering, but you can have a chef prépare some or all your meals for $20 a day. The apartments and pool are spotless and the staff wonderfully helpful. If there’s anything wrong it’s fixed in minutes. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 2 good bar/restaurants and less than that to a shopping mall with a food store and a cafe/restaurant.

Perfect place to stay if you are not looking for a noisy resort holiday stay. This is a place to relax. Staff was always ready with a smile to help you with all your needs. Structure is new, rooms are big and very clean. It is close to the beach and swimming pool was great after a day outside. We used the personal chef and I can assure you top service. I would surely recommend it.

    Very beautiful villa with a great terrace and access to a shared pool in a complex of villas. Breakfast was excellent and each day it was different. You can get cold beers, sodas or water from the reception. The room was very nice and clean.

    From the moment I approached, saffron Garden located on one of the quiet streets in Malindi, surrounded by beautiful, stately villas. I knew I was someplace special, the simplicity of reception area overlooking the refreshing swimming pool and massive boabob tree and the famous Hob restaurant where I took my breakfast every morning. The hotel offers excellent Wi-Fi and different activities throughout the day and night. I have stayed at many, four and five star hotels throughout Malindi and I think I found my new favorite.

    First of all, the pictures don’t do this place justice! It is even more beautiful in person.The modernized touches of the home were beautiful. The blue complimenting the vibe of the white paint, the staff who help us with everything we needed and the price point being affordable. This was a villa I will definitely be coming back to when I’m in Malindi. The fact that it’s also close to supermarkets and has a beachfront makes it 1000% more lovable.

    I loved my stay at Swordfish Villa. It's a great place to rest, rewind, and relax. The pool area was huge and always kept clean by the management. My friends and I stayed in one of the many villas and enjoyed the facilities and fully equipped kitchen. I was impressed and happy when they allowed us to check in at 8:00 am, and the rooms were already clean, despite their official check-in time being 4:00 pm.

    Our stay at Swordfish Villas was quite excellent. The place is within a safe and quiet neighborhood. In as much as there are other villas within, we really did experience privacy and exclusivity. The pools are well maintained, and the staff are super amazing, particularly Chef Anderson and his team. You visit the place and it doesn't really matter that it's not beachfront. The marine park is a walking distance from here. I will definitely recommend and refer more people!

    The villas are very comfortable and tastefully decorated, just is front of a great pool. The staff was always helpful and we even got a chef cooking for us fresh grilled fish. Highly recommended!
