The staff was incredibly responsive, staying in constant contact with us on mobile for any needs we had during our stay. They arranged everything we requested, and even anticipated needs we hadn’t thought of! For the birthday celebration, they surprised us with a beautiful complimentary cake, decorated our villa with colorful balloons, and made us feel like VIPs. The floating breakfast they prepared was absolutely incredible—delicious, beautifully presented, and such a unique experience to have in our private pool, overlooking the jungle. The villa itself is a masterpiece. Inspired by Japanese design, every corner of the room felt thoughtfully designed and luxurious. From the sleek shower to the small touches like high-quality bath products and shampoo, they had everything to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The bed was of outstanding quality, ensuring we had restful nights, and the room was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The infinity pool was hands-down one of the highlights, offering jaw-dropping views of the lush jungle surroundings. We spent hours just floating and enjoying the peace and beauty around us. The location of the villa is a perfect balance—nestled peacefully in the jungle for a secluded feel, yet close enough to central Ubud for easy access to explore the town’s vibrant culture and cuisine.
