This place is very modern, everything seems new, very clean, and the check in and out was easy. Absolutely beautiful and off the road so very peaceful.

Situated within 200 metres of Haad Rin Nai Beach and 1.5 km of Haad Rin Nok Beach, Joy Houses features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Haad Rin. We had a lovely stay at Joy House, the host Amit was so welcoming and friendly. He made us a lovely coffee when we arrived and made us feel right at home. The views are absolutely stunning, we just loved to sit on our balcony and soak up the views. On the plus side, it was the sofest and most comfy bed we have slept on in Thailand so far! Felt like home. Very modern. Only kitchen says you are in Thailand :)) AC in all rooms, spotless clean, super comfy beds and pillows, quiet, close to the beach. We got a villa on top of the mountain and could see the sea. We were able to check in arround 12. A big THANK YOU because we were travelling with 3 kids.

Boasting pool with a view, The Joy Beach Villas is situated on the beachfront in Hinkong. The property has pool and garden views, and is a few steps from Hin Kong Beach. Super friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. They gave us some great tips for local restaurants and the nicest beaches.

Lovely friendly greek couple with good English. Very helpful. Great location. Great spot for a base, while you explore this beautiful island.

Offering pool views, Carpe Diem Residence is an accommodation situated in Thongsala, 3 km from Phaeng Waterfall and 12 km from Ko Ma. One the best value for money option. Friendly responsive staff, good location close to everything you ever need, spacious rooms. We had a very good time being there

A Koh Phangan szigeten elhelyezkedő Baan View Talay Pool Villas egy szabadtéri medencét és vízisport-felszereléseket is biztosít vendégei számára. A wifi ingyenes. These villas are absolutely incredible. They are very private and ours had a lovely view of the hills and sea. The pool is perfectly sized for a family of 4 and although not heated was a very warm. We stayed in a two bed villa which was brilliantly laid out and gave us our own kids/adult spaces. The air con was amazing too as it was very hot on certain days. One of the best things about this place is the staff. Julianee is such a wonderful host and couldn't do enough for us. She happily ferried us to and from the village every day and organised day trips for us and taxis when we wanted to go further afield. Also - the breakfasts are incredible, especially the coffee which is better than any coffee I have ever had in my life. The small village is a ten minute walk away and is like a movie set. Not only does it all look beautiful but the restaurants are all really nice and cheap. We also ate on the beach at Buri Rasa a few times which was nice but our favourite place was Rasta Baby - a really cool bar with a tree house style restaurant serving delicious food. All in all I think Baan View is the best possible place you could stay in this area and definitely the best value for money. We have stayed at the Anantara here before which (although a better location in the middle of all the action) is nowhere near as nice as Baan View, gives you way less space and is about 4 times the price. ps - don't go to the Elephant ''sanctuary''near to the villa - they were chained up and looked utterly miserable and idiotic tourists were riding on their backs which they clearly didn't enjoy as they were clinging onto the railings desperately trying to not have to walk until the person in charge banged them on the head with a sharp spear. Awful place.

Boasting garden views, Ban Tai, New houses, 1 bedroom with AC in quiet area close to main road offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 1.9 km from Baan Tai Beach. Nice small house located not far from the main street and nearby shops.The house is new and fonctionnalité with all the necessary amenities.Alexander was a great help in organizing our arrival on the island with the boats as well as arranging the taxi and a motorbike rental .Everything went very Smoothly ,and we will gladly return .
