2. CATEGORY–I STIPENDIARY TRAINEE: Total No. of Post: 65 (UR-34, EWS-6, OBC-12, SC-7& ST-6)
3. CATEGORY–II STIPENDIARY TRAINEE: Total Posts: 92(UR-46, EWS-7, OBC-22, SC-16 & ST-1)
Important Note
Recruitment Rule for Category-I & II prescribes the eligibility criteria in terms of minimum qualification & percentage of marks. However, if a candidate with additional higher qualifications opts for selection to the posts, they will not be denied the opportunity for consideration for recruitment. Such candidates who are already overqualified or likely to complete the process of acquiring higher qualification after their recruitment, with not less than 60%, such qualification will not be considered for promotion on the basis of Additional Qualification for the specified period as indicated below:
a) B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering -6 Years.
b) B. Tech. / AMIE / M.Sc.-8 Years.
c) M. Tech./ Ph.D.-10 Years.
