Nicole and Ciaran were both in the villa from day one, with Nicole originally coupling up with Sean, and was coupled up with Harriett. Very quickly, though, they were drawn towards each other, and formed a strong bond from the get-go.

They said 'I love you' and went official as boyfriend and girlfriend in the villa, eventually coming second during the live final to Josh and Mimii. After leaving the villa, Ciaran revealed he had moved into Nicole's place, but sadly the fairytale didn't last long - the couple announced their split the following December.

Six months after leaving the villa, they shared a statement which read, "Over the last couple of days Nicole and Ciaran have made the mutual decision to part ways. They have left the relationship on amicable terms, and will remain good friends going forward."

Grace was thrown into the villa as an early bombshell, rekindling a connection with Joey who she had known before the show. Though the pair looked strong, Joey was later taken on a date by Jessy, and decided to recouple with her.

Grace was then left single, until bombshells Reuben and Josh arrived in the villa. While Reuben originally made a play for Uma, she decided to leave the villa when Will was dumped, and so he and Grace decided to explore their connection. They were dumped during the final week on the show, but left as a couple.

Sadly, though, it wasn't to be - less than a month after leaving the villa, Reuben announced their split. Speaking to MailOnline to confirm the news, he said, "I can't speak for [Grace], but since we came out it has been quite busy and there's a lot to deal with. And for myself, before I went in we were caring for my grandad who was living with us as he had a terminal cancer. When I came out I had a week with him before he passed.

"So coming out and dealing with the new environment and dealing with the stuff at home, there was a lot going on and we were both very busy. I'm quite mentally strong and try to remain as positive as possible but coming back, I've had a lot to deal with.

"We've both been very busy and with the long distance it was difficult. I wish her all the best, she wishes me all the best. There are no bad feelings. We had a great experience together."

Mimii had a *journey* in the Love Island 2024 villa, joining the villa on day one and coupling up with Munveer. On day five, she was left single after failing to coupling up, later sharing a connection with Ayo. While things looked to be going well for the pair, Casa Amor caused chaos as usual, with Ayo choosing to bring Jess back to the original villa.

That meant Mimii was left single, and vulnerable. That was until bombshell Josh arrived, and showed interest in Mimii and only Mimii. The pair went exclusive during their time in the villa, and were later crowned the king and queen of the summer Love Island villa. They shared the £50,000 prize money.

While the pair seemed to be going strong, sadly it wasn't to be - two months after leaving the villa, Mimii shared news of their split on Instagram Stories.

On the 30th September 2024, Mimii wrote:"Hi everyone, I know that a lot of you have been wondering about Josh and I and why we haven't been making appearances. The truth is we have been trying to figure it out since leaving the villa, but unfortunately things aren't going to work out between us right now.

"I know it's a big disappointment for a lot of you as it is for me too, your support for us hasn't gone unnoticed and I will forever be grateful for it, you guys are the reason we made it to this point. God bless you all."

Matilda and Sean came third in the Love Island 2024 villa. Sean was one of the original line up this year, first coupling up with Nicole, before pairing with Samantha.

While Samantha later found a connection with Ronnie, it wasn't until bombshell Matilda arrived that Sean got his first Love Island kiss on the terrace. During Casa Amor, he formed connections with both Diamanté and Ruby, but chose to stick with his original partner, Matilda.

The pair went exclusive in the villa, and made it all the way to the Love Island final, coming third behind Mimii and Josh and Nicole and Ciaran.

But sadly, it wasn't to be, and Matilda and Sean were one of the first Love Island 2024 couples to call it quits. Sharing the news on 28th August 2024 - a month after leaving the villa - Sean's statement read:"Just wanted to come on here to tell you guys that Matilda and I have decided to part ways. We are good friends & I'm so grateful to have shared such an incredible experience with her."We appreciate all of your support throughout our time together and all the love you have shown us both we both believe this is the best step for us moving forward. Love you all."

Matilda shared a very similar statement, adding, "Just wanted to come on here to tell you guys that Sean and I have decided to part ways. We are still good friends & so grateful to have shared such an incredible experience with him. We appreciate all of your support throughout our time together and all the love you have shown us. Love you all."

Joey entered the Love Island 2024 villa as the first bombshell of the show, stealing Samantha. But when his ex-flame Grace joined the villa, his head was turned, before he was taken on a date by Jessy, who turned his head again.

While the pair left the villa in the final few days as a couple, and attended the NTAs as a couple in August 2024, they were only together for around six weeks before things sadly fizzled out.

in a joint statement to The Sun, released on the 19th September 2024, they shared that they were no longer together, but hoped to remain friends.

Joey told the publication: "Unfortunately, we have decided to call an end to the relationship but I hope we can continue to be friends. I truly wish Jessy the very best with whatever she does in the future."

Jessy added, "I appreciate the Love Island experience I had with Joey, we tried to make it work but it wasn’t to be. I’m so grateful to everyone who supported us and look forward to all of the exciting opportunities ahead."

One of Love Island 2024's most controversial couples were Ayo and Jess, who were formed during Casa Amor. Ayo was one of the original Love Islanders, pairing up with Uma on day one. He later formed a connection with Mimii, with the pair looking strong before Casa Amor.

Only, during Casa Amor, he formed a relationship with Jess, and chose to bring her back to the main villa. The pair made it all the way to the Love Island final, coming in fourth place.

Sadly, it wasn't to be - Jess confirmed their break up in October 2024, replying to a fan to confirm they were single.

Wil and Uma had a bit of a rocky road during Love Island 2024. While she was originally coupled up with Ayo, Wil joined the villa as a bombshell. The pair formed a strong bond before Casa Amor, where he kissing Layla Al-Momani. Despite choosing to stay loyal during the recoupling, Uma was left gutted to hear about what happened.

Bombshell Reuben then arrived, and made a play for Uma. When he chose to recouple with her, Wil was dumped from the villa - but Uma decided to leave with him, saying she had found love. The pair then went official as boyfriend and girlfriend, and revealed during the live Love Island final that they were moving in together. Exciting!

Zach and Molly came fourth in the live Love Island 2023 final, after going through a rollercoaster of emotions in the villa. While Molly was initially matched with Mitchel by the public, Zach was the first bombshell to join the villa, and picked her to couple up.

Things then hit a rough patch when none other than Kady McDermott joined the villa, and chose to steal Zach from Molly - sending her home. When Molly rejoined the villa during Casa Amor, she and Zach coupled up straight away, with the pair going official in the villa. During their final declaration of love ceremony, Zach asked Molly to be his girlfriend, as well as the pair saying the three words: "I love you." The pair came fourth in the Love Island live final.

Then, seven months after leaving the Love Island villa, the couple announced their split. Following a number of reports the couple had broken up, a representative for Molly confirmed the split in a statement to Digital Spy on 12th March 2024.

In the statement, they said Molly and Zach had ended their relationship amicably and were still friends.

"Love Island’s Molly Marsh and Zachariah Noble have made the decision to end their relationship in the last week," the representative said. "They both are still extremely close friends and will be supporting each other in their next ventures.

"The relationship has ended on good terms for both of them, and they wish nothing but the best for one another. They have both said, 'Relationships don't need to always end sour and sometimes parting as friends with the best memories is the best thing for everybody'."

By 28th April 2024, though, reports claimed the pair were back together and giving things another shot. According to The Sun, "When they split, they were both so upset - they've got a really strong bond. They never stopped talking in the weeks after the break up and have decided to give things another go."

Since then, the pair have revealed they've moved in together, and are still going strong.

Callum Jones was the first bombshell to join Love Island All Stars in January 2024, followed very closely by his ex-girlfriend Molly Smith. Though the pair originally decided to couple up, it quickly became clear that they broke up for a reason, with Callum then getting to know Georgia Steel in the villa.

Eventually, though, it was bombshell Jess Gale - who arrived with her twin Eve - that he coupled up with, with the pair coming runners up in the final in February 2024.

By March, though, the pair were being hit by split rumours, especially when Callum was photographed arm in arm with another woman.

“Callum and Jess have been hanging on a by a thread but it’s very much over now," a source told The Sun. "Everyone was shocked to see them arguing and then Callum was seen cosying up with another blonde. Jess left the party alongside her mates and Demi Sims, putting the drama behind her."

Toby and Georgia first met in the Love Island Games villa, a challenge show which combined past Islanders from the UK, Australian and American versions of the show. While they were paired up, their journey was cut short when they were dumped from the show.

Fast forward to January 2024, and Toby was named as part of the Love Island All Stars original line up - with Georgia S later landing as a bombshell. While she made connections with Tom Clare and Callum Jones in the villa, and Toby was getting to know Arabella Chi, he eventually picked Georgia during a recoupling, and the pair made it all the way to the final.

In the villa, they "locked it off", essentially going exclusive, but news broke of their split a month later in March 2024.

A source told The Sun, "It's true they have split. Toby was the one who called it a day and it came completely out of the blue for Georgia. She feels completely blindsided and gutted. She thought things were going really well for them, so it's been a real blow."

Georgia then took to her Instagram Stories to confirm the news, writing, "After seeing the reports regarding my relationship with Toby I feel it's only right for me to be transparent and truthful with you all. It is true Toby has called things off. It has taken me by complete surprise and I'm still trying to process it and come to terms with it all.

"They say some people are in your life for a lifetime and some just for a chapter."

The first ever Love Island Games champions, Jack Fowler and Justine Joy Ndiba, have spit up four months after winning the spin-off series.

Jack first appeared on series four of the UK version of Love Island and Justine won season two of the American version, with sparks flying between the two during the spin-off which also saw Islanders Georgia Steele, Toby Aromolaran and others take part.

In an Instagram story on 16 March, Jack announced their breakup and wrote, "BIG love to everyone who supported me and Justine in Love Island Games. Winning together was actually mental.

"Feels like ages ago now lol but just wanted to say we are keeping it as friends. It's all love and vibes between us", he concluded. We're kind of sad about these two!

Molly and Tom met in the Love Island All Stars villa, after both arriving as bombshells in the first ever series of the show. While Molly was originally trying to fix things with her ex-boyfriend Callum Jones, she and Tom formed a connection after his arrival, and eventually went on to win the show in February 2024.

Following their exit from the villa, the pair have shared a series of Instagram posts together, and while on an Instagram Live with fellow Islander Anton, the couple confirmed they are now boyfriend and girlfriend.

Since then, the pair have bought a house together during the summer of 2024, and have been sharing insights into them doing the house up on social media. Good for them!

Guys, we literally hate to be the bearer of bad news, and honestly never thought we'd have to write this piece, but we regret to inform you after four years together, one of Love Island's strongest couples, Eva and Nas have split.

Nas confirmed the news of the couple's split on the evening of 4 March, writing on his Instagram Story: "Unfortunately, Eva and I have decided to end our relationship. There is no bad blood or wrong doing - it was a mutual and completely amicable decision. We tried to work things out over the past couple of months but decided this was for the best, and are both at peace with the situation.

"I am grateful to Eva and her family for the past four years and will cherish those memories, and wish her all the best going forward. Thank you for all your continued love and support, I really do appreciate it ❤️."

Nas and Eva met on the first winter series of Love Island in 2020, when Eva entered as a bombshell in Casa Amor and they'd stayed together ever since.

So far Eva has not publicly commented on the breakup, but we hope they're both doing OK following this announcement.

Arabella had a tricky time in the Love Island All Stars villa, struggling to form a proper connection. First, she was paired with Chris Taylor, before he called things off. She then coupled up with Toby Aromolaran, who made the shock decision to choose Georgia Steel in a recoupling without letting Arabella know.

Thankfully for her, Adam then arrived as a final bombshell, immediately picking Arabella in a recoupling. The pair spent a night in the Hideaway together, before being dumped from the villa just before the final.

The pair left the All Stars villa on the 19th February 2024, and then, on the 5th March, Adam shared a slightly worrying update about the state of their relationship.

“I wouldn’t say we’re together as such but we did have an amazing week in there,” he told BelfastLive. “Arabella had just come out of a serious relationship before she went on the show and she did really like the guy that she was with so I told her that we’ve only known each other for a week and we’ve had an amazing week. I’m glad I came in and helped her to enjoy her last week and there’s definitely something there, but I just don’t want to force it on her.”

Georgia and Anton had an interesting journey in the Love Island All Stars villa, with Anton making a beeline for her at the very beginning. While things were seemingly going well for them, Georgia admitted toLove Island All Stars 2024 getting the ick, and turned her attention towards bombshell Casey O'Gorman.

Despite having history, Georgia and Casey didn't reconnect, and she decided to give things a proper go with Anton, attempting to move things past the friend-zone.

The pair made it all the way to the Love Island All Stars final, though their fellow Islanders did voice doubts about how genuine the relationship was. Quickly after a show came to an end, the pair's relationship fizzled out, and they are no longer together.

The pair made it all the way to the Love Island All Stars final, with Sophie sharing a sweet photo of them afterwards with the caption, "Just the beginning ❤️ Thank you so much to everyone that has supported us throughout our journey honestly means the world 🫶🏽"

Since the show, the pair have been sharing insights into their relationship on social media, often making cute TikTok videos, and heading on luxe holidays. Adorable!

Tyrique and Ella had a *journey* in the Love Island villa, after being paired by the general public on day one (and Ella actually pointing out the fact they had met before.) While they seemingly only had eyes for each other, Ty still flirted with a number of different bombshells, including Leah, while he also infamously told Ella he "missed the game."

The pair decided to go official before heading to Casa Amor, but that didn't stop Ella from recoupling with Ouzy See. Despite Ty insisting that was the end of their relationship, he and Ella found their way back to each other, going official and saying "I love you" in the Love Island villa. They came third in the live Love Island final.

Following their time in the villa, Ty and Ella were hit by split rumours in December 2023, when the internet were speculating that they had split.Asked on Capital Xtra about the "struggles" of having a relationship in the limelight, Ty responded, "Our relationship is between us, what goes on behind closed doors, it’s only us two. But people like to put in their little input in the DMs sometimes, in the request on the social media. It’s jarring."

But then three months later, it looked like their relationship is over for good. Ty and Ella deleted all trace of each other from their Instagram accounts in February 2024, and unfollowed each other on social media.

A source also told MailOnline: "Ella and Tyrique have decided it’s time to go their separate ways. They have such love for each other, but they often struggle to get along and as viewers saw in the villa, they’re always arguing."

Jess was one of the original Love Island line up this year, with Sammy joining the line up as a bombshell in the original villa. While his head was scrambled at various different points of the show - including during Casa Amor, where he recoupled with Amber Wise, while he also went after Leah Taylor - he eventually saw the error of his ways.

While in the villa, the pair were the first ones to go official, with Sammy asking Jess to be his girlfriend. They also said I love you, making it all the way to the Love Island final, before being crowned king and queen of the summer season!

Sadly, reports broke in October 2023 that the pair had split, three months after leaving the villa. According to MailOnline, the pair decided they were "better off as friends" and mutually came to the conclusion. "Jess and Sammy have called it quits," the insider said of the 22-year-olds."Things have changed since leaving the villa and Jess has realised they're better off as friends."

The pair later confirmed the news.
