Program consists of 6 skill-building sessions, small group learning, one-on-one executive coaching sessions, plus the opportunity to expand one's network and learn from a senior panel of executive women.

Participate in 6 Skill-building Sessions: Effective Delegation, Executive Presence, Managing Your Career Brand, Effective Coaching & Listening Skills, The Birkman Method (2 Sessions)

Participate in 2 Coach-led Sessions with Your Assigned Small Group - Building Your Development Plan and Vision Work as well as 3 additional Coach-led small group sessions during skill-building modules.
