Université du Québec is a network of ten universities in seven main cities (with research centers in several others), counting a total of over 80,000 students.
The same logo (lower case uq) is used by all universities, but with a different color.
Université du Québec (head offices) - yellow
UQAC - Université du Québec à Chicoutimi - dark green
UQAM - Université du Québec à Montréal - dark blue
UQAR - Université du Québec à Rimouski - red
UQAT - Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue - dark red
UQO - Université du Québec en Outaouais - gold
UQTR - Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières - light green (turquoise?)
INRS - Institut national de la recherche scientifique - light blue
ENAP - École nationale d'administration publique - very dark red (burgundy?)
ETS - École de technologie supérieure - light red
Téluq - Télé-université - blue
The flag for UQAT (Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue) is shown on the UQAT website, although the details are hard to make out though.
I've seen UQAM's logo used on a white flag (not sure whether there was any writing), as well as it's corporate signature.
The UQAC site shows a suggestive green/white UQAC logo flag.
